As the commission will be reviewing many submissions, try to keep your submission concise and factual. Submissions will be made public. All submissions must be received by April 2, 2010.
A public hearing is your opportunity to speak to the members of the Commission directly. Anyone wishing to make an oral presentation at a public hearing should register the week prior to the public hearing. Space permitting, registration will guarantee individuals a time to make an oral presentation to the Commission. Those who have not registered will be allowed to present, time permitting, and will present on a first come, first served basis but the commission cannot guarantee that there will be enough time for drop-in presenters to make a formal presentation.
You don't have to make a presentation to attend. Everyone is welcome.
Yes, individuals will be allowed 10 minutes to present and 10 minutes for questions and answers with the commission.
